The City of Rosemead is proud to present the 2030 Strategic Plan. Last year, the City engaged in a strategic planning and visioning process that resulted in a ten-year roadmap for Rosemead. Our City’s ongoing vision as a leader in service, provision, and continuous improvement will be a framework for setting City Council, staff, and budget priorities in the coming years.
Our planning process included four phases:
- Phase 1 – Assessment: We identified issues and priorities for the future through a range of engagement activities with the City Council, staff, and our community.
- Phase 2 – Developing the Framework: We refined our City’s values, vision, and mission to set goals for the next ten years.
- Phase 3 – Strategic Plan Development: We developed strategies and actions to meet the goals.
- Phase 4 – Implementation: We developed performance measures to serve as milestones.
