Join us on Monday, October 31 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Rosemead Community Center, 3936 N. Muscatel Ave., for a spooktacular evening of fun. Walk from car to car and pick up different goodies and treats. This event will also include carnival games, arts & crafts and costume contests. Contests will have categories for kids, adults and dogs.
