HHW - Household Hazardous Waste

Household Hazardous Waste Roundups

Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events are FREE and open to all residents of Los Angeles County for household waste. Household Hazardous Waste is any product labeled toxic, poisonous, corrosive, flammable, combustible or irritant that is disposed. In addition to toxic household products, E-waste comprised of computer monitors, televisions and stereos are also accepted. Collection events prevent materials hazardous to soil and ground water from entering landfills.

Call the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works at 1-888-CLEAN LA (253-2652) and/or visit the website which provides an extensive guide to program information at www.888CLEANLA.com. Visit HERE for HHW event schedule dates and locations.
