National Night Out

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime programs, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships as well as send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

Join the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Temple Station and the City of Rosemead Public Safety Department in celebrating  "National Night Out Against Crime" and Emergency Preparedness Fair event held Friday, August 9, 2024. The event is located at:

Rosemead Park

4343 Encinita Ave., Rosemead CA

The entire community is invited to join us and enjoy free hot dogs (while supplies last), have their children fingerprinted and face painted, moon bounce for the kids, play safety games, information booths, listen to music, and much more. Bring your families, neighbors and friends and join us for a night of fun. Residents throughout Rosemead and across the nation are asked to turn on their porch lights, lock their doors, and spend the evening outside with neighbors and law enforcement to help build stronger police-partnerships and neighborhood unity in our fight for a safer community.

We encourage our residents to continue to be our eyes and ears in the community.  If you see something, say something.  Please report any suspicious activities to Temple Sheriff’s Station at (626) 285-7171.

For more information, please contact Public Safety Supervisor, Mandy Wong at (626) 569-2168 or by emailing: [email protected].
