Virtual Community Area Watch Meeting

The City’s regularly scheduled Community Area Watch meetings at the various locations will be on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To adhere to the current public health mandates and guidelines from the Los Angeles County Health Officer, a virtual Community Area Watch meeting (via Zoom video conference) is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The purpose of the Community Area Watch meeting is to:

  • Educate,
  • Provide crime statistics and crime trends;
  • Share information on personal safety, ways to secure one’s property, and ways to help prevent becoming a victim to a vehicle or home burglary;
  • Information and resources on the COVID -19 pandemic;
  • Parks and Recreation Updates; and
  • Community Development Updates.
