Community Development Commission

Community Development Commission Meetings are held every second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the City Hall conference at 8838 E. Valley Blvd. Official minutes of each meeting are not available until they are approved by the City Council and executed by the Mayor and the City Clerk.

Planning Commission

Planning Commission meetings are held on the first and third Monday of the month in the Rosemead City Hall Chambers at 7:00 pm. The Commission conducts public hearings, reviews policies and procedures, makes findings, renders decisions and makes recommendations to the City Council on a variety of matters affecting the physical development of the City. Traffic Commission

Traffic Commission meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month in the Rosemead City Hall Chambers at 7:00 pm. The Commission acts as an advisory board on matters relating to the movement and regulation of traffic within the City and makes recommendations to Council of ways, means and methods of improving traffic conditions within the City.  Please click here for a Traffic Application Form.

Youth Committee

Committee meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m., at various City facilities. The Youth Committee consists of seven Rosemead residents attending grades 7 through 12, with members representing their schools, including Rosemead and San Gabriel High Schools, Muscatel Middle School, and Garvey and Temple Intermediate Schools. There are also two members representing the community’s youth at-large. The group serves as an advisory committee to the City Council. Please click here for a Youth Committee Application Form.
