Public Information Request

Public records are available for the community to view during regular business hours. The City is also in the process of populating its electronic data management system so that the public can view City Council, Community Development Commission, Traffic, and Planning meeting agenda packets and minutes, as well as, the City's Annual Budget Bids/Proposals, and other public City documents.  These documents will be accessible to the public at anytime from the comfort of a home or work computer. For documents that are not currently available online, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (626) 569-2177 for your request.

In addition to the California Public Records Act, which guarantees the public access to information concerning the conduct of the people’s business, the City has also implemented a citywide Request Policy to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficent manner.

The City wants to make sure that all requests are handled in a prompt and appropriate manner and asks the public to complete a Public Records Request Form; copies are provided at 15 cents a page.
