AB 987 Affordable Housing Database

In accordance with California State Legislature AB 987, Redevelopment Agencies are required

to maintain a database of existing new and substantially rehabilitated housing units developed

or assisted with Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds, including units counted to meet

affordable housing production and replacement housing requirements. The database must be

made available on the internet for public review, and must be updated annually.

This database is not a listing of available housing.
