Q: Where can I get copies of the budget and financial reports?
A:
Copies of the current year budget and prior year CAFR are available at the Library for viewing and at the City Hall reception desk for viewing as well. Electronic copies will be posted on this website as well.
Q: How do I find the status of an invoice I’ve submitted for payment?
A:
We suggest that you start by contacting the department in which you have done business with. If that department has approved the invoice for payment, then contact the Accounts Payable division of the Finance department.
Q: When is my invoice going to be paid?
A:
Once the invoice has been approved by the department with which you have done business, warrants are approved for payment on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month by the City Council. They are then mailed the following day.
